A full refund can be received (minus a 25.00 service charge) until August 1st 2023.
After August 1st until September 1st 2023 half the registration cost can be refunded.
After Sept 2nd 2023 there are no refunds on registration.  We can roll your registration over to the next convention.
Your registration can be sold or transferred (at face value only) to any person at any time.
